I had a great experience buying a car from Lee at P F Car Sales. It comes across that it's more important to him that you are happy with everything about the car before any sort of sale. He was able to answer any queries that I had and even fitted reverse sensors before delivering it to my house. He took me on a detailed tour of the inside and out of the car. Finalising a deal can sometimes be awkward, but this purchase for me seemed effortless and pressure free. Car was as described, inspection not sales driven, which I have found previously to be a problem in the past dealing with car supermarkets and main dealers. Very friendly and helpful fella's. On one hand....... Not at all pushy, which is what I, personally, want from a "˜car salesman'. You tell them what car you're interested in, they give you the keys and let you get on with it. On the other hand ...... When you are ready, they will be there to answer any questions about the car, again, without being pushy. You make the decision yay or nay. No pushing to sell warranties, although it is offered, it's your decision. Brought from these guys more than once for different family members and never had any problems with the cars. They have a good range of cars but don't hang around, cos the turnovers pretty quick. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

One of the guys even came out on the road test with us as we didn't know the area. When we picked the car up all the paperwork with the DVLA was completed for us. Very pleased with our new car. Bought 2016 Vauxhall Corsa SRI VX-Line about a month ago after seeing it on autotrader. The team were quick to answer any queries on the phone beforehand. Easy process on the day to go over the cars documents and give it a test drive. Paid in full after the test drive and the car was delivered (30 mins) free of charge after a week. Have recently purchased a second car from PF car sales, after buying from them previously before. My first car from them was excellent and their customer service was second to none so I was more than happy to see a car I was interested in and but from them again. It was the first time I have bought a car solely on my own and the salesman talked me through the whole process so I understood everything clearly. I was a bit unsure of one of the tyres on the car and PF car sales had it changed for me within a couple of hours the same day to put my mind at ease and at no cost to myself.
